My education and Approach

Here you’ll find a brief overview of the methods, traditions, and ideas that shape my work. I share the educational background and therapeutic approaches that guide me — the tools I use to support children, families, and individuals on their journey of growth and healing.

My work is grounded in a blend of psychological, artistic, and symbolic approaches, and everything I offer is rooted in both professional training and personal experience.

01

Foundational education

A solid academic foundation in psychology is essential for providing responsible and in-depth support. For me, it is not just a degree, but an internal compass and professional foundation.

I firmly believe that quality psychological education is crucial for every professional working with people. It provides not only knowledge, but also ethics, structured thinking, and an understanding of boundaries and responsibilities. This foundation is what all my further specializations and creative methods are built upon.

02

Music therapy

In 2012 completed a 2 years  course in music therapy at the Kyiv Academy of Culture and Arts. My background as a trained pianist and my experience singing in a church choir became a strong foundation for this path.

Music has always been more than just art for me — it is a way of deeply feeling, understanding, and connecting. The topic of my master’s thesis, “How to Develop Empathy Through Music,” reflects my desire to bring together musical expression and psychological work.

Today, I use music therapy in my work with both children and adults — as a gentle tool for connection, emotional exploration, and inner support.

03

Jungian Psychology

Jungian psychology holds a special place in both my professional and inner life. I completed in-depth training in the Jungian approach, which included over 500 hours of theory, supervision, and around 200 h. personal therapy. This journey was more than education — it was a process of deep transformation, a descent into the symbolic language of the soul, into myths, archetypes, and images that speak to us from the depths of the unconscious.

Upon completion, I received a diploma as a Jungian psychologist. This approach has given me subtle and powerful tools to support both children and adults — especially in moments when words are not enough to express what is being experienced within.

The Jungian perspective taught me to honor the unique path of each person, to see the story of the soul behind the symptom, and the possibility of growth and inner movement behind every difficulty.

I also completed a summer intensive course at the Jung Institute in Küsnacht, where I deepened my knowledge in Jungian psychology. This experience became an important part of my education, and I continue to attend seminars and lectures at the Jung Institute to further deepen my knowledge and stay up to date with contemporary approaches and research.

Сrisis psychology

I also completed advanced professional training in crisis psychology, which included 390 academic hours of theoretical and practical preparation. This course provided me with valuable tools for working with grief, trauma, inner crisis, and processes of recovery
