MY
STORY
I am a Jungian-oriented psychologist with a deep belief in the healing power of symbols, creativity, and the unconscious. My approach is rooted in depth psychology and enriched by tools from art therapy, music therapy, and expressive methods that help people reconnect with their inner world.
In my work, I hold space for both adults and children — especially those going through times of inner crisis, transitions, or emotional overwhelm. As a crisis psychologist, I support individuals in navigating moments when old ways no longer work, and something new is emerging but not yet clear. These in-between spaces, though often painful, hold profound potential for growth.
I have always felt a special connection to working with children. Their ability to express through play, drawing, imagination, and sound reflects something deeply true and unfiltered. Supporting a child also means supporting the inner child within each adult — the part of us that still needs to be seen, held, and heard.
My practice is a gentle space where psychological insight meets creativity. I believe that healing is not just about solving problems — it is about becoming more whole.
